F.A.Q. Do you cover all areas? We are based in E6 (Beckton). We operate within the M25, however we are prepared to travel, just call for further information. I live in the congestion charging zone? If we enter the congestion charging zone for a client, the charge will be added to the clients final bill. What about parking? We ask our customers to arrange parking in areas where there is a parking restriction. Any parking costs will be added on to the final bill. If there is any parking restrictions in front of your place, please make us aware of them at the time of ordering our services. What times are you available? No time is difficult for us, if you need us at odd times please let us know before hand. We work 7 days a week, 8am-10pm. How soon are you available? We usually need a few days notice, but if you need something done more urgently then contact us to see how we can help. I just want delivery? Fine by us, contact us to get a quote for just delivery. What if I need assembly only? Not a problem! contact us to arrange an appropriate time for you. What the next step after I order? We will get in touch to confirm your booking. What is it that you do? We specialise in Painting, Decorating, Tiling, Flooring, Bathrooms, Kitchens & all your home improvements. We also deliver and assemble all flat pack furniture. Is your work guaranteed? Apart from the manufacturers guarantee, we guarantee our workmanship for 12 months. How is the rubbish disposed of? The disposal of all packaging and rubbish is the responsibility of the client. If you require us to remove any of the packaging/rubbish in an environmentally manner, an additional charge of will be made. When do I have to pay? You pay for your goods/services after they have been completed for you. What forms of payment do you accept? We currently accept cash and cheque with a guarantee card.
